Initiative to bring a change by providing education
According to data by UNICEF, in 2018 there were over 100 million illiterate youth (age 5 to 24 years) in the world. UNESCO’s Global Education Monitoring Report 2017-18 says that 35% of the world’s illiterate population is in India. This amounts up to 266 million Indians who cannot read or write. The Flames of Fire Ministries have stepped forward with an initiative to bring a change.
Give pens to hands and wisdom to eyes. We, at The Flames of Fire Ministries provide free education to the vulnerable and needy children who have no access to education. Children of minority groups and poor households are given free learning opportunities. We also encourage our students to pursue higher studies in professional courses by providing scholarships. We are taking steps to eradicate the blindness of illiteracy and implore you to partner with us for the cause.
The Holy Flames School is being developed spanning in land stretching over 5 acres in Patiala, Punjab. The CBSE affiliated school will comprise of all amenities included:
- Technology driven smart classroom
- State of art laboratories
- Libraries and computer centers
- Excellent facility for sports both indoors and outdoors
- Other curricular activities
It carries a mission to support a rigorous well defined routine of a public residential school. The aim is to give opportunity to the rural population to develop into polished, educated and responsible citizens of India.
The board of the school consists of the members of Flames of Fire Ministries Society which includes experienced academicians, business men and entrepreneurs. They are passionate in making this project a success for the welfare of children who lack opportunity. You are invited to donate classrooms, books and laboratories under CSR or individually. We encourage your visit to the structure and share your opinion and insight in making the place better to empower our students. All the children affiliated with our shelter are accepted as students in the school. This school is a revolution that truly equally imparts the right to education in rural generation. The Holy Flames School is dedicated to imparting all-round education with a judicious mix of value based principles to enable its students to develop a sound vision, integrity and dedication in the challenging conditions of the present-day world. Outside classroom, we guarantee:
Nutrition and Health: The students are fed planned balanced diets taking into consideration their medical history. There society has tie ups with hospitals to facilitate regular health checkups.
Lessons for hygiene: As provided in the programme, all the students are taught hygiene and basic manners at early stages and induction programme. These children will grow up to be responsible citizens who are environment and hygiene conscious. The needs of all the children and handled with sensitivity and positive mindset.
Inculcating physical and mental strength: With sports and athletics as medium we build mental and physical strength in our students. We organize tours and small vacations for exposure.
Encourage creativity: The students are encouraged to participate in different events and activities associated with arts, social sciences and much more to keep their creativity intact. Some of the crafts of the school children are exhibited at different events.
Ethical foundation: Children are given a strong foundation of morals and ethics. The students are encouraged to make independent decisions to facilitate development of important life skills.
